ABOUT CLEARPATH
Behind every filing is a property, a business, and someone who needs to know what happens next. That’s where we come in.

OUR STORY
ClearPath Expediting, Permitting & Violation Curing Services brings together two associates with more than 30 years of combined work experience dealing with New York City agencies, permitting requirements, and property violations.
Our experience includes working with the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB), Department of Transportation (DOT), and Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC), along with the filings, follow-up, and coordination that these processes can involve.
Established in 2016, ClearPath combines that experience with an office-based operation and a practical approach to each assignment. We help property owners, businesses, contractors, and project teams make sense of outstanding requirements and organize a clear set of next steps.
We understand how frustrating a project can become when documents are incomplete, questions go unanswered, or a violation creates uncertainty. Our role is to bring structure to the process: review the available information, define the work, coordinate the agreed submissions, and follow up with the appropriate jurisdiction.
Our 30+ years refers to the combined work experience of the two associates. ClearPath was established in 2016.
NEW YORK CITY EXPERIENCE
Experience dealing with building-related filings, permitting coordination, agency comments, and violation matters. We help organize the records and follow-up needed for the agreed scope of work.
Experience dealing with DOT-related permitting and jurisdiction coordination. We help identify relevant submission needs and coordinate project information with the appropriate parties.
Experience dealing with LPC matters and coordinating the information needed when a project involves landmark-related review. We work with the project team to keep the applicable review steps organized.
ClearPath is an independent service business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by DOB, DOT, LPC, or any government agency.
VIOLATION CURING SERVICES
A violation notice is the starting point for understanding an issue—not the full picture of how to address it.
We review the notice and available property records, identify the coordination required, and help organize the next steps toward correction and agency closeout. Depending on the matter, that may involve documentation, filings, communication with the project team, or follow-up on an agency’s outstanding requirements.
Our focus is on a clearly defined scope and an organized process. When a matter calls for a licensed design professional, contractor, or legal counsel, those roles and responsibilities need to be addressed as part of the project. Resolution remains subject to the applicable agency’s requirements and confirmation.
HOW WE WORK
We bring our combined experience to the details that matter to your project.
Start with your property, project goals, existing records, and any outstanding notices.
Define the services, responsibilities, and project-specific pricing before work begins.
Organize the agreed filings, documentation, and communication with the relevant parties.
Track the agreed submissions and agency follow-up so the next requirements are clear.
OUR REACH
Our NYC expediting and violation curing services cover Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.
Beyond New York City, we provide nationwide permitting coordination. Each jurisdiction has its own process, so we review the project’s location and needs before confirming the available services and pricing.
We operate from an office and bring a consistent approach to both local and national work: understand the requirements, organize the information, and coordinate the next steps. Email info@clearpathexpediting.com to discuss your project or arrange a meeting.
