01↗

NYC permit expediting

A project can involve several agencies, separate applications, and a long list of supporting documents. ClearPath helps turn those moving parts into an organized filing plan.

07 / COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we
get started.

Do you only work in New York City?

Our expediting and violation resolution services focus on NYC. We also provide nationwide permitting coordination, with the available scope confirmed for your project and jurisdiction.

Can you provide pricing before we engage you?

Yes. Project pricing is based on the location, work required, current filing status, and requested deliverables. Start by preparing a project inquiry below.

What should I have ready?

A project or property address, a description of the work, your target timeline, and any existing application or violation numbers. Plans and notices may be helpful during a later project review.

Does curing a violation mean paying a fine?

Payment and correction may be separate issues. The steps depend on the notice and agency. We review the available information to identify what coordination is needed; a violation should not be treated as resolved until the appropriate agency confirms its status.

Can you guarantee permit approval or a timeline?

Approval decisions and review schedules are controlled by the applicable jurisdiction. The scope and estimated timeline will reflect available information, and may change with agency review, document readiness, or project revisions.

Do you have a physical office?

Yes, we operate from an office. Email info@clearpathexpediting.com to discuss your project and arrange a meeting.
